High-quality images help your business stand out in the Community Marketplace. This article outlines the best practices for uploading your logo and photos so your listing looks clean and professional.
Required Images
You’ll upload two types of images during onboarding:
1. Logo
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Recommended Size: At least 500 x 500 pixels
- Shape: Square or circular-friendly (your logo will display in a round frame)
- Tips: Avoid logos with fine text or small details that won’t scale well
2. Cover Photo
- Format: JPG, PNG, or SVG
- Minimum Size: 1200 pixels tall
- Maximum File Size: 5MB
- Orientation: Vertical preferred
- Content: A strong image of your storefront, interior, or best-selling products
General Best Practices
- Use natural lighting when possible
- Make sure the images are in focus and high resolution
- Avoid images with cluttered backgrounds or excessive text
- Stick to clean, consistent branding between your logo and photos
- Use free tools like Canva, Preview (on Mac), or Pixlr to edit your images.
