Yes — you can opt out of the Community Marketplace pilot at any time.
We understand that your business needs may change, and while we hope you’ll stay involved through the duration of the pilot, participation is completely voluntary.
How to Opt Out
If you’d like to remove your business from the marketplace:
- Email us at support@trygoodbuy.com
- Use the subject line: “Opt-Out Request – [Your Business Name]”
- Let us know:
- The reason for opting out (optional but helpful)
- Whether you’d like your listing removed immediately or at a future date
We’ll confirm your request and take your listing down within 2–3 business days.
What Happens to Your Listing
- Your business will no longer appear in the Community Marketplace.
- Credit union members will no longer be able to access your offer.
- You will not be asked to complete the end-of-pilot feedback survey.
Opting out will not impact your ability to participate in future versions of the program if you choose to return.
