Your Community Access Pass is the easiest way to redeem in-store discounts at businesses participating in the Community Marketplace. It’s a digital pass that you store in your phone’s wallet — just like a boarding pass or event ticket.

Step-by-Step: How to Get Your Pass
- Go to the Community Marketplace
Visit the community marketplace via the link in your online banking portal on your smartphone.
- Tap “Community Access Pass”
You’ll find this button on the homepage or in the menu.
- Choose your wallet
- Apple Wallet if you’re using an iPhone
- Google Wallet if you’re using an Android device
Select:
- Follow the prompts to save your pass
Your phone will open the wallet app and ask if you want to add the pass. Confirm, and it will be saved instantly.
Where to Find It Later
Once added, your pass will stay in your phone’s wallet app.
- On iPhone, open the Wallet app and scroll to find it.
- On Android, open the Google Wallet app and look under "Passes" or "Loyalty Cards."
You can access it anytime — no internet connection needed after saving.
Why You Need It
