The Community Access Pass is your key to unlocking exclusive, in-person offers and discounts at local businesses featured in your credit union Community Marketplace.
Once added to your phone’s wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), your pass identifies you as a credit union member participating in the pilot. Simply show it at checkout to redeem member-only offers.
How It Works
- The pass is digital — there’s nothing to print or carry.
- It lives in your phone’s wallet app alongside your credit cards or event tickets.
- Participating businesses recognize the pass as proof of membership and apply your discount manually at checkout.
How to Download Your Pass
- From your mobile phone, visit the credit union Community Marketplace via your online banking portal from your credit union website.
- Tap "Community Access Pass" in the top navigation or scroll down to the “Add your Community Access Pass to your digital wallet” section.
You’ll be directed to a simple page with options to add your pass.
- Add to Wallet
- Apple Wallet (for iPhones)
- Google Wallet (for Android devices)
Choose either:
- Save and Done
Your pass is now stored on your phone and ready to use anytime you visit a participating business. See all the participating businesses and their offers on your credit union Community Marketplace via your online banking portal.
Where to Use It
At any business listed in the Community Marketplace that offers an in-person discount, just:
- Open your phone’s wallet
- Tap the pass to display it
- Show it at checkout
- Receive your member perk — no scanning or codes required
