I didn’t get a discount in-store — what now?

How to report missed redemptions and what we can do to help.

If you showed your Community Access Pass at checkout but didn’t receive the expected discount, here’s what you can do.

First, double-check a few things:

1. Was the business part of the marketplace?

Make sure the store you visited is listed in the Community Marketplace as a participating business. Only those businesses have agreed to offer member discounts.

2. Did you show your Community Access Pass at checkout?

Staff need to see your pass in your Apple or Google Wallet in order to verify and apply the discount.

3. Is it a discount that applies in-store?

Some businesses offer online-only discounts or have special conditions listed on their profile. Tap into the business listing to see the full offer details.

Still think you were missed?

If you met all the criteria above and believe the discount wasn’t applied correctly, you can let us know.

Please include:

  • The name of the business
  • The date and time of your visit
  • A short note about what happened

Submit your message to support@trygoodbuy.com and we’ll look into it.

What happens next?

We’ll reach out to the business to understand what happened and help make it right. In many cases, businesses are happy to honor the discount after the fact or clarify the policy going forward.
