Step-by-Step: How to Use an Online Discount
- Visit the Community Marketplace
Visit via your online banking portal to browse participating businesses.
- Tap on a business that offers online shopping
If a business provides a discount code, you’ll find it in the discount/offer pop-up, accessed by clicking the discount/offer button.
- Copy the code
You’ll see a clearly labeled discount code (e.g. CREDITUNION10). Tap and copy the code.
- Shop on the business’s website
Add items to your cart like normal.
- Paste the code at checkout
During checkout, look for the “promo code” or “discount code” field and enter the code to receive your member discount.
Things to Know
- Codes are only visible to credit union members via the marketplace.
- Some codes may have conditions (e.g. minimum order amounts or specific product exclusions).
- If a business doesn’t list an online code, they may only offer in-person discounts.
